Creadoor makes interior doors to measure in two systems — rebateless (the leaf flush with the architrave) and concealed frame (the leaf disappearing into the wall) — in any finish and any model of leaf, in our own Polish workshop.
At Creadoor, interior doors are ordered along two axes: the frame system i the finish of the leaf. The first decision belongs to the architect or the client — the second opens the whole palette.
We do not work from a catalogue of models. Every door is made to measure, in the chosen construction, material and finish. It may vanish into the wall or become the principal accent of a room — the choice is a deliberate one.
A timber frame with 2 cm architraves. Closed, the leaf sits flush with the architrave — the whole standing 2 cm proud of the wall. The leaf is always of timber construction, which tells in its acoustics and thermal behaviour.
An aluminium frame built into the wall at shell stage. Closed, the leaf sits flush with the wall — the frame is visible only across the thickness of the wall, with the door open. With a visible 3 mm edge or without it — the client's choice.
Natural or engineered veneer, in any layout and any stain. A material that lives with the interior.
Any colour from the RAL or NCS range. Matt, satin or gloss — including a lacquer matched to the colour of the wall.
Routing on leaf and architrave, glazing or raised panels — classical, elegant or period compositions. A traditional face on a modern construction.
Fabric, mirror, wallpaper, wall paint, unconventional laminates — anything that lets a door vanish into a wall or become its continuation.
A concealed frame must be installed at shell stage. The rebateless system gives greater latitude where a project is already being finished. In either case, the earlier we speak, the more remains possible.
