The controller of personal data collected through creadoor.pl is MG Design — the studio trading as Creadoor Design, ul. Borowiecka 71/1, Warsaw, Poland.
02What we collect.
Data you give us in the contact form, by e-mail or over the telephone:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- the address of the project or of correspondence,
- project information — plans, dimensions, photographs of the interior, finish preferences,
- anything else you choose to send.
Technical data collected automatically as you browse:
- IP address and approximate location,
- browser and device information,
- pages visited and time of the visit.
In practice
We do not ask for data we do not need in order to prepare a quotation. We do not buy contact databases and we do not send offers to people who have not asked for them.03Purposes and legal bases.
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Carrying out the commission — measurement, production, delivery, installation, warranty service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Telephone and e-mail contact about a live project (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Marketing and information — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Improving the site — traffic statistics, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Legal obligations — accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot answer an enquiry.
04How long we keep it.
- Enquiries that did not lead to a commission — up to 24 months from the last contact.
- Project documentation — for the warranty period and the limitation period for claims.
- Accounting records — 5 years, as required by tax law.
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until that consent is withdrawn.
05Who receives it.
Data reaches only those needed to deliver the work:
- people working with the studio — measurement, installation, transport,
- IT, hosting and e-mail providers,
- our accountants,
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their marketing.
06Security of your data.
We apply technical and organisational measures protecting data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure: access limited to the people running the project, an encrypted connection to the site, and backups of project correspondence.
08Your rights.
In relation to the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

We update the policy when the law or the scope of our services changes. Every version carries a date at the top of the page. Changes apply from the day they are published.
